Fabulous place with incredibly beautiful views. Huge & surprisingly large room. Amazing location near to the train station, excellent services and very comfy bed. Based really close to very good restaurants, the castle, shopping area and restaurants and Cardiff.

The location was awesome as a castle and a theatre were near to the hotel. Plus it was near to a coffee shop and eateries.

The location was stunning, near to some of the amazing attractions Cardiff has to offer. And near to a coffee shop and eateries, it was a bonus. The breakfast was excellent with lovely touches; and the staff was outstanding.

This hotel is well-equipped with especially helpful employees on their customer service. It has a rooftop bar. Can't recommend highly enough this venue to all.

Well-equipped place with especially helpful employees on their customer service. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Perfect and incredible location just off the centre of Queens street at the heart of the shopping centre and bars and restaurants in Cardiff as well as the Shops and stadium, could not be better. Also, on a whole Cardiff night life.

Absolutely fabulous accommodation with nice staff at all times. Great and brilliant location in an Arcade on the High Street in a downtown area. Lovely food in the in-house restaurant in the vicinity.

Everything was second to none here, and the views were delightful. Tastefully decorated room, brand-new, had a luxurious bathroom. The staff was friendly efficient the entire time. The service was exceptional and the food was good. Moreover, it was great to have free Wi-Fi. Had supper in a rooftop restaurant.

I was there for 2 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant at the top floor. The location was incredible, very close to many shopping spots and dining options, the cafe next door and the centre of Cardiff near the castle. There was Tim Hortons nearby, offering quick meals.

1st class accommodation with friendly efficient staff members at all times. Central location to be expected in town centre. Very close to the capitol of Wales, concert venue, and all pubs clubs restaurants.

The decor and attention to detail were amazing. The room had a great theme and all the little touches made it feel special. The shower was the best I've had in a hotel, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The lack of real windows in the room was a bit disconcerting. I like to have natural light and fresh air, so it was a bit disappointing not being able to open a window.

Everything was good and met requests. The breakfast was savoury with a good choice of delicious food on offer. The hotel was in a brilliant location, in the city centre. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.
